Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel

In case of cancellation/cancellation later than 14 days prior to arrival, the full price of the booked item will be charged and therefore your booking cannot be cancelled. Please contact us if you want us to cancel your booking. Alternatively, you can rebook by contacting Avernakø Landhotel directly.

On the day: If something unpredictable has occurred immediately before or on the day of the experience (e.g. illness), please contact the experience manager so they know that you are not attending anyway. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Alternatively, you are generally welcome to give your ticket to another side.
