*Experience two islands in one trip in the South Funen Archipelago, Avernakø and Lyø. We take care of everything from ferry tickets and luggage transfers to accommodation and food. Here you get the chance to experience part of a UNESCO Global Geopark. * \ - The Program Day 1: The tour starts in Faaborg at 9:45 a.m. On Kanalvej 13, the island ferry is waiting for you, departing at 10:00. The first stop is Lyø where the ferry runs until 10:40am. When you board the ferry you will find a clearly marked “cage” where you need to put your luggage, the ferry staff will arrange to get it safely to Avernakø, where we will transport it up to the hotel. On Lyø there are 4 hours to explore this beautiful island. You must bring packed lunches here, as the eateries on the island are closed outside the summer season. However, you can stay up to date on the opening hours of Café Lyø here. The ferry departs from Lyø to Avernakø at 14:40. From Avernakø Harbour there is a trip of 1.5 km. to the hotel, where we are waiting with your luggage and a room. At 16:00 there is a welcome with coffee and cake. Maybe the energy is for an evening walk after the meal or maybe the beautiful nature of Avernakou will have to wait until day 2. Day 2 you lubricate packed lunches in conjunction with breakfast and on the trip there are many good and obvious places to enjoy it. Among other things, Madpakkehuset on Skallevejen. You leave your luggage at the hotel and then we transport it down to the ferry before departure. Island Trip with Grandchildren

*Island trip with room for presence, creativity and fun in nature on Avernakø in the South Funen Sea. We take care of everything, from the company from Faaborg to accommodation and food and activities. With this tour we want to create a safe experience, both fun and with a focus on the safety and health of children. * An extra night can be purchased by contacting us directly by email: kontakt@avernakoelandhotel.dk \ - The Program Day 1 *9:45am: * We meet at Kanalvej 13, Faaborg where the ferry is waiting for us. On the ferry we serve buns with cold or hot cocoa and we can tell a lot about the South Funen Island Sea. Maybe we'll even spot a guinea pig! There is also free access to a locker filled with children's books, toys and drawing supplies so that children can enjoy themselves throughout the trip. When you board the ferry you will find a clearly marked “cage” where you can put your luggage so that you do not have to drag it into the salon. *11:10am: * Upon arrival at Avernakø, we will drive your luggage to the hotel so you can enjoy a relaxing stroll up to the hotel without carrying anything. After the entrance, there is a child-friendly lunch with several dishes. Throughout the stay there is free access to fruit, vegetables and buttered buns for the little hungry, as well as coffee and tea for the adults. In the afternoon, depending on the weather, we can go on a beach trip with exciting equipment for play and discovery, or enjoy ourselves by the bonfire in the fire hut with popcorn and the company of animals. *5:30, *: For dinner, you can build your own delicious burgers and enjoy pancakes with ice cream for dessert. 6:30: We say goodnight to all the animals and learn about their evening routines. - Day 2 7:00 A.M. TO 8:00 AM: Enjoy a delicious breakfast with a large and kid-friendly selection of homemade delights. 9:15am: Join us for an exciting animal watching tour where Majbritt talks about the animals and anyone can help feed them. Meet rabbits, goats, sheep, guinea pigs, budgies and a musk duck. 11.30: We serve a delicious lunch, after which you are free to choose what you want to make of pleasant activities. 2:30 PM: We walk together to the ferry while the luggage is taken to the ferry for us, so that you can enjoy the last part of the trip in peace. \ - Dogs are warmly welcome with us, but must be stated at the time of ordering. A break in the Archipelago

*A full day of serenity, presence, and sensuous experiences. * You will meet physiotherapist Tine Kaalund (NaturFyssen) and the other participants at the port in Faaborg and sail together to the island. Step out of everyday life and into the rhythm of nature on beautiful Avernakø. The day invites you to land in the body, feel the senses and find inner peace through gentle movements, guided breaks and quiet exercises in nature. We move silently through the landscape, stop, listen, smell and feel. There is time for reflection, contemplation and fellowship so that you can follow your own rhythm. Along the way, you will get inspiration and tools on how small breathing holes and mindful movement can become a natural part of everyday life. *The day is a sensual break from the hustle and bustle, where you get time to feel yourself and the nature around you. * - Program: First Day 9.30: Arrival at Faaborg Harbour at Ø-Færgen, Kanalvej 13, 5600 Faaborg. On the ferry there will be welcome, introduction of the day, us they meet and each other. Coffee/tea will be served. 11.45: Arrival in Avernakø and accommodation. 12:15pm: Land gently on Avernakø and in your body. Gentle mindful movements inspired from Tai Chi. 13.00: Lunch is served here which varies weather and mood. 13.30-18.00: The afternoon will take place in the beautiful nature of the island, where we will explore ourselves and nature with the help of a wide range of natural therapeutic and physiotherapeutic methods, focusing on the senses. Methods such as meditation, sensory walks, and building stone cairns. The methods will be adapted to the weather and mood of the day. Afternoon coffee is served along the way. What is the good everyday break? The question is continually asked during the trip. 18.00: Dinner at the hotel followed by optional evening task and coziness. Second Day 7:00 AM — 9:00 AM: A delicious breakfast buffet is served in a cosy setting at the hotel. 11:00: Before this time, you must have checked out of the rooms. - If you prefer the experience as a day trip, then it is possible and at a lower price of course. The walk spans approximately 5.5 km. 1.15pm: Enjoy a Danish lunch buffet with classic dishes such as: tartelettes, herring and eggs, apple pork, warm liver pate and cold cuts. Island hopping with the family

Join us on an unforgettable island hop *in the South Funen Archipelago, where you will experience two charming islands, Lyø and Avernakø, in one trip. *\ \ This tour combines scenic hiking or bike rides, fun activities for kids and plenty of time to enjoy each other's company. We take care of all the practicalities so you can focus on creating memories together. The hotel's closest neighbours are a children's playground, a multi-pitch and a football pitch. With this tour we want to create a safe and fun experience, focusing on the well-being and health of children. \ - *Program: * Day 1: Adventure on Lyø and arrival at Avernakø *9:45 a.m.: * The tour starts in Faaborg. On Kanalvej 13 you will find the island ferry waiting for you to depart at 10:00. The first stop is Lyø where the ferry runs until 10:40am. Arriving at 3:10 p.m. From here you can choose to rent bicycles or stroll the pleasant walk of 1.5 km. up to the hotel. You will pass by Avernakø Købmand on the way to the hotel. *3:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.: * Welcome to the hotel! You will be accommodated, your luggage will be handed over and at 16.00 there will be a communal coffee table with a welcome from the host. *5:30-7:00 p.m.: * Dinner will be served and there are always alternatives to the dish of the day - both for children and adults. Christmas lunch in the archipelago

Experience a unique and quiet Christmas lunch on the beautiful island of Avernakø, where both children and adults are welcome. Our *"Christmas Lunch in the Archipelago” * is an alternative to the traditional celebration with a focus on coziness, nature and presence. We value the good mood more than the number of empty schnapps. The tree is decorated and there is picky about the food. As a larger group (10+ people) you have the opportunity to book the entire event, by contacting us directly. - Take the ferry from Faaborg and feel your shoulders lower as you arrive at Avernakø. The day starts with a guided walk where our guide will take you around the island and tell you about its history and atmosphere. After that, Christmas cheer awaits for the huge gold medal with mulled wine, hot cocoa and Christmas puff, followed by a delicious, classic Christmas lunch. We end the day with a fun Christmas banko with delicious prizes, after which the trip goes to Ø-Færgen, which sails you back to Faaborg. New Year's stay

*Dog and fireworks go bad in span! Meeen, out in the South Funen Archipelago there is a small island, on the small island there is a small hotel (us). In the small hotel there is peace, tranquility and coziness, here there are no scared dogs! We organize New Year's Eve for guests with dogs who do not want a party and fireworks, but rather a cozy New Year's stay with a happy and relaxed dog. So come and give your dog a happy New Year's Eve! * - The Program *11:00 a.m.: * Your New Year's stay can start already here, as we open for check-in at the hotel *12-3pm: * Here it is possible to buy lunch at the hotel. *5:45 p.m.: * In Skolestuen, where the long table is covered and decked up, the prelude to the King's New Year's Speech will be lit and snacks will be served (also for the doggies). *6.30-23.45: * During this time, New Year's menu, coffee and tea will be served. *11:45 p.m.: * Now it is approaching midnight when the bubbles and the wreath cake are put on display. Island Tour in Winter

*Take a winter trip to Avernakø and experience the island in a new light. * *We take care of everything so that you can just relax and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere of the island. Go on a guided walking tour, visit our many animals and taste local produce. In the evenings, guests can enjoy board games, mulled wine and apple slices. We are going to embrace the Danish winter atmosphere with all that it offers. * \ - Day 1 10:00am: The island ferry departs from Kanalvej 13, Faaborg. Ferry tickets are sent to you in advance. On the ferry you can buy coffee, hot cocoa and soft drinks, which are enjoyed with the beautiful view of the South Funen Archipelago. 11:20am: Arrival at Avernakø harbour. From here, the walk takes a beautiful route (1.3 km) up to the hotel. 12:15pm: Lunchtime! Enjoy a delicious lunch with free choice between Star Shot and Pariserbauf. Our most popular dishes. There is, of course, a vegetarian/vegan alternative. 1:00pm: We invite on a guided winter walk where together we walk “Skallevejen around,” a popular 4.3 km walk with tales of the island's nature, culture and history. Then you can choose to explore the island on your own — on foot, by bike (can be rented) or in your own car. We recommend a trip over “Drejet” or around Hovedsjön, and you will be given a map of the island. After dark we have fun indoors with board games, mulled wine & apple slices or coffee & cake. 6:30: Dinner is served as the dish of the day in platter serving. The menu varies, but Danish food made from scratch with love is always offered. There are, of course, both vegan and vegetarian alternatives. Day 2 7:00 A.M. TO 9:00 AM: Breakfast buffet with a selection of homemade treats, coffee, tea and other goodies. 9.30: For those interested, we offer a walk around to greet the Landhotell animals and watch them being fed. Meet our rabbits, goats, sheep, chickens, guinea pigs, and budgies. 10.00-12.00: The morning offers “free play,” where you can enjoy whatever you want most. We will of course do our best to accommodate your wishes. Perhaps you need to explore parts of Avernakø, such as The Church or the Bird Tower on Oddevej? 12:00pm: Breakfast is served. Then you can continue with pleasant activities. Avernakoe on two wheels

We want to make it easy and convenient for our guests to experience Avernakø and that's why we offer this tour where you can quickly and easily book a bike ride on Avernakø. We make sure you have bicycles ready at Avernakø Harbour, book your ferry tickets for you and make sure you are covered for a delicious lunch at Avernakø Landhotel. On Avernakø you can easily get around with a rental bike, so that you can get to see the May trees, drive around Skallevej, see Avernakø church, Drejet, Korshavn Bridge and the amazing view from Revkrogen. Lunch of course takes place at Avernakø Landhotel, where we have outdoor dining in our beautiful garden when the weather permits. We have classic Danish lunch dishes and cold beer/water in the fridge. UNESCO Global Geopark The South Funen Island Sea is a geological gem and was shaped during the last ice age when huge glaciers retreated as temperatures rose. Avernakø is about 8 km long and has just under 20 km of coastline, which can be the setting for some very beautiful nature experiences. The elongated shape of the island means that you have sea views almost wherever you go. It's easy to stop and enjoy one of the many great beaches. The bird life is diverse on Avernakø. Avernakø is home to Europe's largest concentration of bell frogs, and in order to provide them with the best possible conditions, former watering holes have been re-established. It provides good conditions for bird life.
